Only the owner is really nice and helpful. I only give it 2 stars as I really loved my dress. I had alterations done by salon's tailor. The belt was added to my dress and managed to stay on it for only 3 hours of my wedding! One side fell before even entering reception! Embarrassing! I was pricked in my leg when sitting down! The tailor left a pin in my dress. After letting the salon know about the issues I had I have received no feedback what's so ever. It left a bitter taste after all. Highly disappointed. Would not recommend it to anyone. Paid £1000 for my dress + alterations (£160).
